  • a chakra balancing full body abhyanga massage with marma ponts

  • an illuminating facial inc. an uplifting face massage

  • a soothing, grounding foot massage

  • an exfoliating and reviving full body scrub

  • Shirodhara, it is the pouring of a thin, steady stream of warm, herb-infused oil onto the centre of the forehead. This therapy relaxes and renews the body and mind. It benefits the nervous system.

  • Kati Vasti, lower back treatment

  • Janu Vasti, knee treatment

  • Griva Vasti, neck treatment
